The Tournament
Miami Open is one of the top tennis tournaments in the United States. With athletes like Serena Williams, Andy Murray, and Roger Federer, the Miami Open found much value in upgrading the stadium with Cambria surfaces. In doing so, Cambria became a key partner at the tournament.
The Interaction
Can’t attend the tournament? No problem, just tune in via Instagram Live. The interaction featured well-known Maimi designer Alena Capra, of Alena Capra Designs. Viewers followed Alena around as she showcased Cambria at the tournament with stops at the booth, lockers, suites, and other exclusive areas around the stadium. This gave our Cambria Instagram followers a sneak peek around the stadium and showcased our product in a commercial environment.
The Experience
How do you stand out amongst the crowd and get your product in the hands of the consumer? You draw people in (pun intended).
A painter was hired to paint legendary past champions onto Cambria samples. Each 12x12 sample featured a legend of the game and was raffled off at the end of each day. This promotion generated four times the amount of foot traffic to the booth and brought Cambria into several winners’ homes.
