Creative Director June 2022 - Present

Revo Health’s marketing team was acquired by our client, Twin Cities Orthopedics. This shifted from Revo’s agency model of supporting all i-Health clients to an in-house marketing team for TCO and Training HAUS.

Focusing on the creative process to help guide and shape the work, team, and data-centric design decisions. Manage a team of creators that focus on communication, storytelling, social, digital, traditional, experiential, and integrated campaigns.

REVO HEALTH

Creative Director Apr 2021 - June 2022

Lead a growing creative team within Revo Health’s in-house Marketing team. Through data, process, and the idea that simplifying the complex can meet clients objects, values, budgets, and deadlines. Manage and supervise the team of creators, including Creative Designers, Art Directors, Social, PR, and Marketing Communications.

Focus on everyday business needs and identifying the needs of tomorrow. Driven to inspire creativity with problem-solving, communication, and collaboration within an integrated mix of traditional, digital, social, partnerships, and experiential execution. Manage and lead a team of designers and copywriters to develop and secure creative assets from sketch to solution. Working closely with Cambria’s events, commercial, philanthropy, and sports marketing teams to develop creative solutions. Driving creative strategy, presentations, and executions for a wide range of projects and campaign partners, including the Minnesota Vikings, LA Kings, Miami Open, Rogers Cup, and Sanford International. Leader in art direction for video and photography, including concept and building out campaigns, creating website assets, and data-driven email campaigns. 

Drive the in-house creative team to generate sales results and ensure broad business objectives are being met with an emphasis on trade, consumer, and business-to-business target markets. Review work across teams to ensure brand, strategy, and execution align with creative briefs. Build brand awareness through campaigns and live events as well as inspire and empower team members to find the big idea and execute on it.

Led a team of designers that provided full-service creative solutions for multiple clients. Worked closely with the development team to create new websites, email campaigns, social media ads, and company collateral materials. Provided storyboards and produced videos for clients. Led and produced photo and video shoots. Established brand guidelines when needed and adhered to existing brand style guides to develop, present, and create cross-platform creative solutions and campaigns.

MAKEMUSIC 

Art Director  2012 - 2014

Grew and formed an in-house creative department for MakeMusic, a world leader in music technology, creators of Finale, Garritan, and SmartMusic. Created all graphic and visual materials for this worldwide brand. Built and fostered relationships with outside creative firms, freelance designers, and photographers. Established a brand style guide, developed packaging for the family of brands, and created marketing promotions to drive B-to-C sales. Developed instruction training materials through a variety of media outlets such as trade shows, web applications, print, photo, and video tutorials.

Graphic Designer 2010 - 2012

Responsible for design, television, websites, and social media campaigns for both customer service and nonprofit industries. Focused on creating concepts that stretched across a variety of media platforms to reach consumers. Duties also consisted of concepting, branding, art direction, design, production, and building relationships with outside vendors.
